Essential duties and responsibilities:

• Day-to-day oversight of a construction site.
• Manage and supervise project budget and proper implementation of  project work schedule
• Supervise the quality of works and compliance with  OSH regulations in place.
• Conduct negotiations/liaison with subcontractors
• Supervise and manage subordinates, subcontractors and suppliers, vendors and trades  
• Keep  construction documentation/records.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in civil engineering.
• A few years of experience in a similar position.
• Organizational skills.
• Availability.
• Self-reliance.
• Builders licence would be welcome.
