Essential duties and responsibilities:

• Conduct factual and technical analysis of technical documentation.
• Develop  pre-tender/tender cost estimates.
• Distribute RFQs to suppliers and subcontractors.
• Feasibility analysis of project optimization solutions

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in civil engineering
• Relevant practical experience in the preparation of tender cost estimates and RFQs.
• Working knowledge of cost estimating software (preferably the  NORMA software)
• Computer skills: MS Office proficiency
