Essential duties and responsibilities:

• Give legal  opinions on the requirements of the investors at the stage of formulating a tender proposal to ensure compliance with the law and the Company’s interest
• Give legal opinions on and provide legal support in the preparation of contracts to be concluded by the Company.
• Oversee, identify and handle legal issues related to   the managing of the Company.
• Directly provide  legal advice  to the Management Board
• Prepare drafts of  official orders and instructions.
• Run  reports on matters related to the scope of responsibility

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in the field of law.
• Good expertise in  practical application of the law to solve real problems.
• In-depth knowledge of construction law, civil law, commercial companies code, and procurement law.
• Strong computer skills (Windows, MS Office proficiency )
• Commitment and responsibility.
• Time management/workload organisation skills
